Story
🖤 Meet Ghastly — A Little Survivor Looking for His Forever Home This handsome boy has already survived more than any kitten should. He was found inside a poison bait box, frightened and completely feral. His beginning was heartbreaking, but thankfully, his story didn’t end there. With time, patience, and a safe place to grow, he has come a long way. He’s no longer the terrified little kitten who was first rescued. He has discovered that people can be trusted and has become sweet and friendly, while still keeping some of that independent, curious kitten personality. He would do best with another cat or kitten to help continue his confidence, he really loves his siblings. Now he’s ready for the next chapter—a safe, stable home where he can continue to thrive and become the best version of himself. He didn’t have the easiest start, but he’s proving every day that a rough beginning doesn’t have to determine the rest of your life. He’s ready for a forever home. Could you be the one to give him the second chance he deserves? 🖤🐾

Story
🖤 Meet Eerie — A Tiny Survivor with a Heart Full of Love 🖤 How does a tiny kitten end up inside a poison bait box? We may never know what she endured before she was found, but somehow, this little girl refused to let a frightening beginning define her. When she was rescued, she was completely feral, terrified, and unsure of people. But someone gave her the one thing she needed most: patience. And slowly, she began to realize that hands could be gentle, voices could be kind, and humans could be trusted. Today, she is an incredibly sweet, affectionate little girl who has completely transformed. Her once-frightened heart has opened up, and she is ready to trade survival mode for the soft life she deserves—a warm bed, a safe home, plenty of love, and a family of her very own. I really love my sister, Spooky and I would love to be adopted with her. If not her, I do think I need another kitten or cat in my family. She has already overcome so much. Now she just needs someone to show her that her story doesn't end with what happened to her—it begins with the family who chooses her.

Story
I am 85 years old and I love cats. Sadly my older cat of many years died a little while ago. I was desperately lonely without a cat and I saw a Facebook ad for a cute little kitten and I impulsively went and picked up that cat. Unfortunately, this 11-week old kitten is too playful and is still in its kitten stage of nipping and scratching. My poor husband got an infection on his arm and has been on antibiotics for two weeks. I had shoulder surgery yesterday and I am going to be out of commission for a few weeks. I am just not healthy enough right now or young enough to take care of this cute and adorable and very affectionate kitten who is very well house-trained. She’s just too playful for me. I want to rehome this kitten and then go to an animal shelter and get an older more mature cat that is quieter. When I picked up this kitten from Facebook, I just didn’t know how much energy it was going to have.

Story
My mom adopted Sweetie Pie from the Marion County Animal Shelter roughly 2019 as a less than 1 year old kitten. My mother passed away 1.5 months ago and she is alone in my mom's condo until I can find her a home. She does not get along with my kids and is selective with who she is okay with as far as adults go.

Story
May is a sweetheart. Litter box trained, very playful and very affectionate to humans. However, she is not good with other cats or other animals. She is closely bonded with her sister Missy, and in a perfect world I would love for both of them to go to a good home together. I love them dearly and would happily keep them, but my new landlord said no cats.
