Bombay kittens & cats in Surfside, Florida

Mother was killed by car so we took both kittens in. We unfortunately cant keep them since we already have 5 cats of our own. They are healthy and love to play and eat! They are very close always together. Preferably would like to find someone to adopt both. They are appropriately 3 months old.

Simon is a handsome young adult declawed cat who has endured more changes than any cat should have to experience.   His first three adoptions resulted in his being returned because he hid from the new families.  Nothing or no one could coax him from his hiding place.  He was shy and scared each time so, sadly, he was returned.    His fourth adoption resulted in something beautiful happening.  The new owner simply waited patiently until Simon felt enough at ease to venture forth.  He made sure he was available to Simon by allowing him to see and hear him and Simon began relaxing, grooming himself and sleeping on the bed.  His trust grew and he was on his way to settling in.  But, sadly, the owner developed allergies and, although he was willing to try allergy meds and special food for Simon, he was advised to return him by his doctor.   Simon is now back at the shelter, once again hiding and feeling betrayed.  The human he was just beginning to trust and open up to was gone and he is alone again.    Simon badly needs his own human.  Someone who will be patient, gentle and loving.  Someone who can offer him a quiet home, a calm home and consistency in his surroundings. His lonely little heart yearns and he needs his very own person - someone he can depend upon and trust and to whom he can freely give his love.   Could you be that person?  Someone who could give this sad, sweet cat the happiness he so deserves and yearns for so much?  Please give him the chance to finally find his happily ever after. Meet Gato 🖤 Gato is one handsome little guy, with beautiful eyes, incredibly soft black fur, and the tiniest, squeakiest voice you'll ever hear. Seriously, when he decides to talk to you, it's pretty much impossible not to find him adorable! Gato is a shy boy who will need a little time and patience to come out of his shell. He's not the kind of kitten who will immediately jump into your lap, but that doesn't mean he doesn't want to be around you. He enjoys having his people nearby while he does his own thing, whether that's playing with his favorite toys or exploring his surroundings. He's also a big fan of food, which is always a good place to start when you're trying to win over a shy kitty! Gato is happy to entertain himself, but he also really enjoys the company of other cats. Having a friendly feline companion may help him feel more comfortable as he settles into his new home. Gato is a sweet, independent little soul who just needs someone willing to let him blossom at his own pace. If you're willing to give him the time to build trust, you might just discover that there's a whole lot of love hiding behind those beautiful eyes. Meet Bruno! The living proof that being a little different doesn’t stop you from having a very happy life. Bruno is a playful, social, ridiculously lovable little guy who is simply a joy to have around. He loves people, gets along beautifully with other cats AND dogs, and approaches life like any other happy young cat: playing, exploring, making friends, and enjoying every bit of attention he can get. Bruno was born with feline megaesophagus, which means his esophagus doesn’t move food into his stomach quite like it should. The good news? He does very well with his routine. He takes daily medication and eats his meals upright using his very own custom 3D-printed elevated feeder, which, of course, comes with him to his forever home. Once you learn his routine, Bruno is just Bruno. His condition is part of his life, but it certainly isn’t his whole story. He is friendly, playful, affectionate, dog-friendly, cat-friendly, and has been incredibly resilient through everything. We know adopting a kitty with a medical condition can sound intimidating on paper, but sometimes the special ones just need someone willing to look beyond the diagnosis.
