Story
Lucky was a rescue as a young kitten, only about 6-7 weeks old, found on the side of an expressway. He will be 4 years old this summer. He’s very lovable and playful but seems to be a cat that would do better as a solo cat as he does play rough and chase our other two cats. He did receive his vaccines as a kitten but due to financial difficulties, is missing a couple recent shots but he is very healthy and happy. We are moving into a home with a dog who has shown to dislike cats to the point of trying to harm them so we sadly have to find a new home to keep him safe. He is a very smart and curious cat and loves to play fetch. We are hoping to find him a loving home who has more time than us to dedicate to playing with him and taking good care of him. He’s a one-of-a-kind cat with a big personality. He isn’t a picky eater whatsoever and loves lettuce. As a kitten, he slept curled up on my neck; he loves to cuddle. I’m sure someone else will find him an irreplaceable best friend.

Story
Tilly wandered into our yard last November (2025). After checking around the neighborhood and not finding her owner, we decided to try giving her a home. We took her to the vet and had her checked up and vaccinated. Then we had her spayed. We have made sure she gets pedicures as needed. The veterinary doctor gauged Tilly to be about 2 years old. She is friendly. She comes to meet you. If you talk to her, she "talks" back. She responds well to strangers young and old. She is an indoor cat and her potty habits have been excellent--no poop or pee messes anywhere in our house in the 6 months we've had her. But my husband and I are nearly 80, and Tilly very often scoots under our feet, and I'm afraid of tripping over her and falling. And cleaning her litter box requires constant vigilance. She would rehome happily, but our home isn't the right one for her.
