Story
Notes from foster: - Hudson is very affectionate with the adults in the house and definitely enjoys some lap time and head scratches, especially around the ears. He will even enjoy belly rubs once he’s comfortable with you. He is less fond of being petted on the back. He is ok with kids (ages 9-15), but he is more nervous around them, especially if their behavior is unpredictable. He does best with someone who is calm and confident. - He loves being around other cats. He is a larger kitten and can play a little rough at times, so he might not do as well with much smaller kittens or cats who don’t enjoy wrestling and tackling. - He eats both wet and dry food. He has been on allergen-reducing dry food (Purina liveclear), so could do well in a home with cat allergies if kept on that food. - He enjoys catnip and spends a lot of time on our screened porch, even with the cold weather. - When he meows, it is usually because he wants to be petted or wants a lap to snuggle in. While he does spend plenty of time sleeping on top of our bookshelf by himself, he can be very persistent when he wants attention, and who could say no to that sweet face and loud purr? Huddy will thrive in the right home, and he has so much love to give.
