Story
This is honestly really hard for me to write. I’ve had Nightmare for about 6 years now. He came into my life during a time when he needed someone, and I took him in because he had already grown attached to me. He’s been a calm, gentle presence ever since. Nightmare is a very mellow, low-maintenance cat. He’s not aggressive at all and tends to be more on the quiet, observant side. He enjoys having his space but will come around for attention when he wants it. He’s lived in a home with other pets and has done well — he’s more of a “stay in his lane” kind of cat. The reason I’m looking to rehome him is something I’ve struggled with for a long time. As much as I care about him, I haven’t been able to form the kind of bond with him that he truly deserves. He’s a good cat, and I genuinely believe he would thrive in a home where someone can give him the connection and attention that I haven’t been able to provide. I want to make sure he goes somewhere safe, stable, and loving — this is not
