Story
Max was the runt. Mama cat left him & brother behind. He spent 1/2 his life inside. He was more active than his brother, who died at age 10. Max had several UTIs & began to spray doors & areas visitors had been. He enjoys going out, & eventually moved to the garage. Varmints come in, steal his food & potty in the garage. It's become too much. Max is 13 now & needs a "retirement home" where there's shelter from cold & rain. He likes occasional attention. He likes to be acknowledged & talked to. He'll swat you if you ignore him. He likes some petting, especially a cheek scrub. He'll walk away or grab your hand when he is done. We say he's an ornery old man. Sometimes he likes animals & people, sometimes not. He does not like belly rubs. Likes car rides. Shots due.

Story
Indy is a loyal and quirky 5 year old cat. He loves snuggling at night, sunbathing in the afternoon, and will spend most mornings bird watching out a window if possible. He is a bundle of fun and is an orange cat through and through- friendly, goofy, and sociable! He is very adaptable to multiple environments and has even enjoyed being outside on a harness and leash in the past, but mainly wants to lounge in the sun whenever and wherever he can. He was adopted from a barn cat's litter as a kitten, in 2020, by a young girl and has resided with her until now. Now in a blended cat home, it was discovered that he does not get along with other male cats. However, he is very friendly and playful toward the female cats and the female dog! Indy would do well in any home without a male cat or single-pet home, he would adapt to indoor-outdoor if preferred, and most importantly will be a loyal companion for many years!
