It’s time for Tony to move into a home of his own.Tony is now 2 years old, and he originally came to us after being found running the streets of New Orleans. No one ever came forward to claim him, so he became part of the Zeus’ Rescues family.And y’all… he is FUN.Tony loves going for walks. He loves playing with our dogs. He loves being included in whatever is happening. He’s smart, playful, affectionate, and just an all-around big goofy dude with ridiculously beautiful crystal-blue eyes.At about 45 pounds, Tony is neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative, and up to date on his vaccinations. He’d love a home where he can get plenty of walks, playtime, adventures, and—most importantly—his own people.One year with us is long enough. Jake is a 9 y/o Australian Shepherd mix in need of a loving home! He’s a very sweet and loyal dog, especially with his owners and people he is familiar with. Loves to play fetch, go on walks, ride in the car, and cuddle on the couch. He can by shy around new people but will typically warm up to them. He is anxious with bad weather, going to the vet, going to the dog park, and being around high energy dogs. He has lived with cats and other dogs before. He does better with dogs that are older and calm. Needs a home without small children and owners who can give him lots of attention and exercise. He’s current on all his shots, on heart worm prevention, and is neutered.

Figgy MoonPie was abandoned on the streets of Bogalusa, LA. She was skin and bones, full of worms, and really needed a home so we decided to take her in. She's up to dates on all her shots, and she's healthy. Figgy MoonPie loves everyone and everything, from kids to adults, other dogs, cats, even the mail people, and vacuum. She is house trained to where she will go to the door as a sign to let her out or walk her, and is really smart! She's very affectionate, energetic, and is a really ride or die kind of dog. Truly a woman's or man's best friend.

Venus is 3 years old, and her birthday is February 16th. We got her as a little puppy and previously lived in a home with plenty of land for her to run and play. Since moving to an apartment to be closer to work, my busy schedule with two jobs and the kids’ activities has made it difficult to give Venus the time and attention she deserves. Most days, I’m gone from 5:30 AM until 9 PM. I’m simply looking for someone who can give Venus the love, care, and attention she deserves throughout the day She will sit still for baths. she hates fireworks and thunderstorms. She loves car rides.
