Hi! My name is Rosebud and I'm looking for a loving home to call my own! I'm about 2 years old and I've been at the shelter since May 1st.I can be a little timid when meeting new people, but if you go slow and give me time to gain confidence we will quickly become fast friends. You can easily win me over with some Beggin Strips, and gentle scratches behind the ears.I'm excited it's starting to get warm out because I love to go swimming, as well as playing fetch and tuggy!My ideal home would be calm and laid back as I get easily overwhelmed by a lot of commotion. I've done well living with respectful kids and really enjoy the presence of cats! I can be a little more picky with dog friends as I havent had the best experiences with them in the past.Overall if you've got the time and patience to let me get comfy, and be my advocate when I get nervous - you'll earn a life long best friend!If you are interested in adopting me, please visit Animal Allies at 4006 Airport Road or you can call the Adoption Team at 218-722-5341 as early as 10:30 AM and place a nonrefundable $25 hold towards my adoption fee to put you first in-line to adopt! Our adoption team is available via phone Tuesday-Friday from 10:30am-6:00pm and Saturday-Sunday 10:30am-4:00pm. Our adoption process is first come first serve so long as the interested party is a good fit for the animals needs. ROSEBUD'S ADOPTION FEE: $325 plus tax. This fee is used for the extensive costs associated with vetting and otherwise caring for [NAME] and future pets at our shelter. Every adopter from Animal Allies receives a pet that has been spayed or neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. Our pets also receive dental work or other treatments when necessary. In addition, Animal Allies provides free lifetime post-adoption counseling to help with any behavioral issues or concerns you may have for your new pet!
