Story
Appa is almost 7 years-old. We received him from my sister-in-law’s dog who had a litter of puppies so we’ve had him since he was only weeks old. We were in our early 20s and didn’t have much, so Appa grew up living in an apartment; he’s not stayed outside a day in his life. He’s house and crate trained. Some years later and several moves later, thanks to the military, we’ve lived in townhomes and single family homes, which allowed Appa more room. More recently we’ve had a child and that has shifted Appa’s life, understandably. However, we’ve tried to keep things as routine as possible for Appa. With a busy household, a child, returning to work, and the military, we’ve come to feel like we cannot give Appa the attention he deserves. He’s a great and loyal dog. He knows several tricks including “bang”, spin, and high-five. We’d love for him to go to a loving home with someone who can give him the love and attention he deserves.
