Story
This is Luna the border collie. I bought her from a breeder at 5 months old in 2022 thinking she would just need basic training and agility training to be my next agility dog. She came unsocialized and with a lot of fears that with my busy family and work life, I haven't been able to help her much. I do my best to not trigger her - but when she's triggered her response is to run and hide. She is not aggressive in any way. She is spayed and updated on shots. She will be 2 on April 20th. She loves my kids, 5 & 8, but doesn't like other kids that come over, of all ages and wants to herd them by nipping. She is good with our other dogs, our cat (who she gently herds), and our poultry/waterfowl. She needs a home where someone is knowledgeable about dog training and behavior and also has the time to help her with her issues and fears. We love her, but I feel her quality of life could be better. We would be willing to drive her at least half way, depending on the distance.
