Many of our animals can be seen at our adoption center located at 5820 Richmond Rd, Texarkana, TX on Saturdays between 10 am - 3 pm.  To make arrangements to meet any of our animals, please call us at 1-877-525-4825, option 2.   Texarkana Animal League is a 501c3 non profit and all donations are tax deductible.    Delanie is a super sweet, playful female shepherd/ border collie mix that loves people and seems to get along well with other dogs. She does fairly well on a leash. She has been vetted and is heart worm negative and on preventatives. Hi, I’m Tony! I’m a 1.5-year-old Border Collie/Heeler mix with a gentle soul and a heart ready for love. My brother Ezekiel and I were found at a campground—skinny, skittish, and unsure of the world. Thankfully, a kind person brought us to Pet Savers, where we’re learning that people can be pretty great! Right now, we’re working on socialization and getting in tip-top shape for adoption. I may be a little shy at first, but once I warm up, I’m as sweet as they come! I’ll need a family that understands I might need a day or two to adjust, but I promise, I’m worth it. They didn't even have any teeth yet and had to be bottle-fed until I was able to teach them to drink from a bowl. They are so smart they learned fast and because of being bottle-fed and raised by people they are so very socialized and just the best puppies. They are calm, loving, outgoing and confident. They will make someone great dogs!
