Meet Penny, the energetic and lovable border collie/pointer mix. This adult female dog is up to date on all her shots and is crate trained. Penny loves to go on long walks and is well-behaved on a leash, making her the perfect companion for a daily stroll or a weekend adventure. One of Penny's unique talents is her ability to jump super high, so she will need a home with a tall fence to keep her safe and secure. Whether you're looking for a loyal hiking buddy or a snuggle partner, Penny is the perfect dog for you. So why wait? Come meet Penny and see if she's the furry friend you've been searching for!

Story
We adopted Rooster in September 2023. My wife was working from home at the time, which was working out in terms of having a dog. We now both work away from home and are forced to kennel him 8-9 hours daily. He’s not getting enough stimulation and naturally becomes destructive (chewing and digging). Rooster is primarily working breeds (ACD & lacy dog). We have a small backyard and are in a neighborhood. When we can run him and wear him out, he’s very well behaved. Rooster has always been good with our son, who is 2. He’s like Velcro to our side, is very protective, attentive, smart, and energetic. He’s also fearless. The protective aspect is sometimes to a fault. He’s difficult to walk for this reason. He’s never shown any signs of aggression towards us, but it’s common behavior around strangers. We’re looking for a new home due to busyness and an expanding family. He’s a good dog but needs more attention than we can currently provide.

Story
Meet Exit, a brilliant cattle dog mix who lives up to his name by being a skilled escape artist. Despite his Houdini-like tendencies, Exit is a lovable and intelligent pup who knows his basic commands and is always eager to learn more. In addition to being an escape artist, Exit is an energetic dog who loves to run and play. For this reason, he will require a secure environment or a place with lots of land to be able to burn off his excess energy and stay safe. A large yard or a nearby dog park would be perfect for Exit to explore and enjoy his surroundings. With plenty of exercise and stimulation, Exit will be a happy and well-adjusted companion for years to come. Exit is a friendly dog who gets along well with both cats and dogs, making him an ideal choice for a household with furry friends. He also adores children and is always happy to play and cuddle with his human family members. On walks, Exit can get a bit too enthusiastic and tends to pull on the leash, but with some patience and training, he will quickly learn to walk calmly by your side. Exit is up to date on all his vaccinations, crate trained, and neutered, making him a healthy and responsible choice for a loving family. If you're looking for an intelligent, friendly, and loyal companion, look no further than Exit!
