Story
Tilly is mesmerizing with her icy blue eyes. This beautiful girl is 2 years old and 50 pounds. She is very smart. She would be great learning one of the many dog sports. She will make someone a great companion and she consistently "checks in" with her foster mom to see if anything is expected of her.  Tilly would thrive with an adopter who is "hands on". She is 1/3 border collie but also has small amounts of siberian husky/saint bernard/boxer/labrador retriever per her DNA results. A quiet home without small children would be ideal for her. Tilly is dog selective and it is unknown how she is with cats. She is crate and potty trained. Tilly is spayed, microchipped, current on vaccines and flea/tick/heartworm prevention. Her adoption fee is only $300.00. Please apply at gfrpets.org/apply/adoptdog/ ##1880121##

Story
Sam is one mellow doodle that loves to lay around, rest, and greet you at the door. He is a lover, not a fighter and gets along with the dogs, which are smaller, and cat in the house. When guests come over to visit he always greets them with a gentle jump, hug, and sometimes even a kiss! He has been around children as young as 4 and is very gentle as well. We don’t foresee he’d have issues beyond getting in the little persons space. Sam is two years old and about 50 pounds. This guy does have a free spirit though so make sure doors are secure because he’s curious and if left to his own devices will run out the front door to explore the neighborhood and, like most toddlers, he’s not great at following commands the first time. He does not actively try to escape a well fenced in yard. Sam is a growing boy and is still learning, so be prepared to teach him the rules of the house. He is treat motivated and has learned sit and shake during the short time at his fosters. With warm weather coming he’s ready for nice walks on a leash and some sunny rides in the car, two of his favorite activities! Sam's adoption fee is $300 which cover his neuter, microchip with registration, vaccines and flea & heartworm prevention. You can apply at gfrpets.org/apply/adoptdog/ ##2642015##

Story
Meet Sophia, a 5-year-old standard poodle with a sweet disposition. She weighs 45 pounds. Sophia is house-trained once her routine is established. She is a quiet and calm girl who enjoys spending time with you on her large dog bed while watching TV. After getting comfortable in your home, Sophia has been left alone without any issues. However, she is agile enough to jump a 4-foot fence if she decides to and attempts to follow you out when you leave the house. Sophia can be strong-willed on a leash but is expected to become a good walking companion with training. To get attention, Sophia will sit and raise her paws. When she needs to go outside, she will climb into your lap and give gentle paws and kisses. Sophia is not bothered by other dogs in the house but prefers they don't chase her like the puppies in her foster home did. She is likely to get along with respectful children. Sophia's adoption fee is $300 which cover her spay, microchip with registration, vaccines and flea & heartworm prevention. You can apply at gfrpets.org/apply/adoptdog/ ##2642671##
