Story
Hiya, I'm Sadie! I'm a spunky, energetic puppy. I'm very sweet and love being the center of attention, and since I'm still under a year I'll definitely need some help with learning the ins-and-outs of being a dog! I'd make a great companion and would be happy with someone who can give me lots of playtime and all the love I can get!

Story
Chance is a loving dog that needs a soul mate and a parent to give him a lot of attention. Not good with other dogs or cats. With our busy schedules we have not been able to do that. He is so very handsome and loyal. He loves running, walks, catching balls & laying right next to you on the couch My husband and I took him in from a friend when he was 7 months old. We didn't intend on keeping him, but he grew on us & then grew out of us. Chance is house broken, does have a crate for days. We live in a 55 older community & it is hard with the leash law to allow him to run as he should be able to, we take him to the dog park when able. Chance is not good with children, very strong, and jumps. He does have allergy anxiety. That could be fixed with proper home made diet and getting neutered. We are Leary about medications. He does chew if left alone. All Chance need is special attention, time to work and play with him. He is just 2 still time to train him. We try as much as possible.

Story
We Need Great Foster Homes for our KidsWe are a large Boston Terrier Rescue serving the entire Southeastern United States.    We have many Bostons, Boston mixes, and others surrendered to us every year because of many different reasons.   Some are young, some older, some seniors, but very few are pups. Our rescue will never turn away any Boston regardless of their age, health problems or behavior issues.  We have a critical need for foster homes, both temporary and long term in all the areas we cover:  TN, GA, KY, SC, NC, VA, MD and FL     If you believe you might be interested in fostering one of our kids, please complete the Foster/Adopt application on our website at www.bostonterriertn.org   Note:  there is no application fee for foster families          Please use the foster momma or dad's contact information above for questions. The process always begins with an application which can be found at The Boston Terrier Rescue of East Tennessee website Note that in most cases, we do not adopt to families with small children, e.g., 'under 6,' as a precaution to the child's safety and the dog's safety. In some cases with larger Boston mixes or other dogs, we do make exceptions. Please ask the foster momma. We prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to personally drive/fly to get the dog.  The East Coast division (NC/SC/VA/MD/DC) does have special transport capabilties for their kids.   Ask them. Also, submission of an application and fee does not guarantee adoption of any specific Boston since that particular dog may have applications pending or may not be the right match for you.October 1, 2022, 10:21 pm

Story
Hi! My name is Stitch and I’m a loving Boston Terrier looking for my fur-ever home! I absolutely adore people and would make a fantastic companion in a quiet household with no other dogs, cats, or young children under 12 years of age. I love to snuggle, play fetch, travel, shake my butt, kiss my humans, and eat all the treats! I have a very calm and quiet temperament, but I am other-dog reactive, and so I need to be the only dog in the household. I love to go on walks and travel, but I do need to keep my distance from other dogs when out in public as barking or loud noises can make me very nervous. I also know lots of tricks including stay, sit, place, jump, and am very treat motivated to learn more! I’m ready to snuggle up next to you during your next Netflix binge.   The Basics Age: 5 yrs Weight: 22.5 lbs Spayed/Neutered: Yes Microchipped: Yes Vaccines Up-to-Date: Yes On Heartworm Prevention: Yes On Flea/Tick Prevention: Yes House-Trained: Yes Crate-Trained: Yes Leash Skills: Yes Medical: Requires 1 drop of Diclofenac Sodium in the left eye daily.   Likes/Dislikes Toys: Loves all toys and is gentle with them. Other Animals: Stitch is reactive to other dogs and needs to be the only cat/dog in the household. People/Kids: Stitch loves people. Not suited for a home with small kids (under 12 yrs old). Car Rides: Loves car rides and makes a perfect traveling companion for long trips. Separation: No issues with separation anxiety.   Contact/Application Info Questions? Story
Edward “Eddie” Elmer is an older Boston Terrier, but does not exactly act his age. He loves a good game of tug of war with stuffed animals and can be a goof ball at times. Eddie is an independent lover boy. He loves to be outside but also enjoys a good scratch on the back. He likes to be in charge at times and needs someone that will continue calm, consistent leadership and make sure he knows he is not the boss. Eddie does not require a lot of attention and he’s typically content laying on the floor beside you.  The Basics Age: Approximately 11 yrs old Weight: Approximately 30 lbs Spayed/Neutered: Yes Microchipped: Yes Vaccines Up-to-Date: Yes On Heartworm Prevention: Yes On Flea/Tick Prevention: Yes House-Trained: Yes Crate-Trained: Yes, but will make noise at the beginning stating he does not like to be in it.
