Smoely was rescued from a neglectful breeding situation in Texas during freezing temperatures, where her only purpose had been to produce puppies. Thankfully, that chapter of her life is over. Now safe, Smoely is beginning to learn what trust and kindness truly mean. She prefers a slow, gentle approach and will thrive in a calm, peaceful environment. She’ll need patience and time to open up as she discovers how to be her own dog—learning the joys of being a loved pet in a real home. Beneath her quiet demeanor is a very sweet girl who wants nothing more than comfort, safety, and affection. With a patient, understanding family, Smoely will continue to blossom into the loving companion she was always meant to be. If you’re looking for a gentle soul to share your home and heart, Smoely is ready for her second chance.

Meet our very special girl 🤍 This sweet French Bulldog may be paralyzed, but that doesn’t slow her down one bit. She’s incredibly loving, adores cuddles, and wants nothing more than to be close to her people. She scoots happily around the house and uses her wheelchair to explore the world with confidence and joy — don’t let the wheels fool you, she gets around fast and is always on the move. She does wear diapers and needs her bladder expressed, but that never stops her from being joyful, loving, or fully present. She’s content, adaptable, and brings so much warmth into a home. Her care routine is manageable and quickly becomes second nature, and in return she offers endless love and companionship.
