Lola loves deeply and forms strong bonds with her people. She chooses her humans carefully and thrives in a home where she can be the center of attention. Lola does not share her space, her people, or her spotlight, and she is happiest as the only pet in the home. Lola can live with children, but they must be patient, respectful, and willing to give her time and space to build trust. Once she feels comfortable, her loyalty runs deep. She is best suited for a one-dog household with no other animals. On leash, Lola has two speeds: a focused sit-and-stay or an enthusiastic run—there’s no in-between. Lola has a sensitive stomach and does best on a special diet to keep her feeling her best. Hiya! I’m Wally. My foster mom says I’m a weirdo, but she also says that all Frenchies are weirdos, so who really knows? What I do know is that I LOVE other dogs and I wrestle hard—I’m a very good dog wrestler. I also love squeaky toys and plushies. I’m housetrained, crate trained, and I love to sleep in bed with you. When I’m home alone, I don’t destroy things as long as I have a doggie friend with me. Now for the important stuff. Even though I’m a small guy, I’m not a “go with the flow” dog. I need a very special home, and my foster mom (the real weirdo) is being extra picky about who gets to adopt me—and for good reason. I need a structured, consistent household with clear boundaries and someone who understands that setting rules isn’t mean, it’s how I succeed. I will absolutely thrive with the right person, but I cannot be in a home that allows bad habits to slide or fails to follow through. I also have some allergies that require medication during the spring and summer, so my future human needs to be comfortable managing that, too. If you’re someone who understands dogs, values structure, and is willing to be patient, consistent, and committed—then I might just be your perfect little weirdo. So… who wants to be a weirdo with me?
