Hi there! My name is Rocko, and I’m a unique brindle boy who is ready to be your ultimate adventure partner and sidekick. Whether we are out exploring the world or relaxing at home, I just want to be where the action is! I am a brave little guy who keeps a watchful eye on the house, making sure everything is just right so my humans can relax. I am an excellent listener and know all the basic commands. I love to go for walks and play with my humans. I’m becoming more independent every day and will entertain myself by playing with my toys or curling up by the fireplace. Did I mention I am also a professional napper and total gold-star sleeper!  I’m a fast learner who is eager to please. I have so much love and loyalty to share—I’m just looking for the right family to join on their next adventure. Could that be you? Love, Rocko From the Foster Family: Rocko is a total sweetheart with a personality as unique as his beautiful brindle coat. He is the ultimate companion dog and is happiest when he is snuggling with his humans. He is very food-motivated for training and is a perfect gentleman during grooming—he actually loves getting a bath and will even sit patiently while you trim his nails! He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and kids. He loves to play. However, he does find cats a bit too fun to "harass," so he will need a cat-free home. While Rocko initially preferred to have his humans in sight at all times, he is showing wonderful progress in becoming independent. He is settling down much faster in his crate when we leave and is learning that it's okay to have some "me time" with his toys. He is truly a "best friend" type of dog.
