Meet Hot Pocket! 🐾 Hot Pocket is a Boston Terrier/Australian Shepherd mix with a lively spirit and plenty of potential. This cross often brings together the affectionate, adaptable traits of the Boston Terrier and the intelligence and drive of the Australian Shepherd. He’s likely to be a bright, active dog who thrives with regular exercise and mental enrichment. Like many herding mixes, he will benefit from structure, consistency, and positive reinforcement as he continues to learn and mature. With the right guidance, Hot Pocket can grow into a devoted and engaging companion. The shelter is open Tuesday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM, and on Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A meet-and-greet is required for all shelter dogs if you already have a dog. Remi is about 3 years old and 20 lbs. She came to us from a Rescue who took her in from a breeder. She is a beautiful chocolate/white color which I don't see very often. Remi is a little shy about new things/people but she has come along so quickly, learning leash walking, stairs and loving attention. She is good with other dogs but would be better not to live in the same home with another female dog. Males are fine. Remi has been loving the attention she's getting in her foster home and is ready to find that forever person/family to give her all the attention she has been missing.
