Story
I have had Toby since he was a puppy, just a few months old, and I have had some wonder memories with him. As he has continued to age, he has grown more territorial and aggressive with both the other dog in the house and with my roommate and me. I have put him through training programs and while they have helped with basic commands, they have not worked on his aggression. I cannot bring myself to take him to the pound, as he would probably be seen as a “dangerous dog,” but the truth is Toby is incredibly sweet. He constantly wants to be close, even just pressing his body against your leg. He gives kisses almost constantly to whatever leg is nearest to him. He trails along with anyone who is up and moving around the house. He loves playing fetch with his frisbee and taking walks, although he is scared of loud noises. The best case scenario for him is to find a house with someone who is more capable at identifying his triggers as well as the patience to see the dog behind the growls.
