You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hello Friends! My name is Walter. I came to OBARR from a county shelter because they were overwhelmed and needed urgent help with a neglect case they had. I was currently being held with a foster and was one of the more tamer ones. I love people once I get to know them, I am Dog friendly, and yet to learn what a thing the humans call a cat is. I have been Neutered, up to date on vaccinations and preventives, and also all negative on my combo test. I am a sweet, lovable excitable little guy that just wants the most out of life! If you are interested please visit olivebranchwv.org to fill out an application and get approved. Hope to see you soon!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.February 7, 2026, 12:10 pm

These two sweet Boston Terriers were prior breeding dogs. The owners no long wanted them so they surrendered them to the shelter. They are in poor shape and are recieving vet care. These poor babies were not taken care of, only used to make a profit then given away once they got too old.
