From the moment she left the pound, she’s been proving what a gem she really is. She is now fully house trained — she had a few nervous accidents at first when being leashed, but that has completely resolved. New environment jitters, nothing more. What Beatrice already knows: ✔️ Sits politely for treats ✔️ Gives a perfect paw for “shake” ✔️ Walks nicely on a leash ✔️ Rides great in the car ✔️ Calm and easy when kenneled Personality-wise, Beatrice is a people dog through and through. Our requirements are non-negotiable and include the following: All current pets in the home must be spayed or neutered if over 6 months of age, unless there is a documented medical exemption with veterinary confirmation. All current dogs must be up to date on Rabies and Distemper/Parvo (DHPP) vaccinations. All current dogs must be on consistent, consecutive heartworm prevention. Past dogs listed on the application must also show a consecutive history of heartworm prevention.
