Security – The Sweetest Boxer Girl Around! 🐾 You better call Security… because this lovable Boxer is about to steal your heart! Security is a people-loving girl who wants nothing more than a family of her very own to shower with affection. Things my foster team knows about me: -I’m a total cuddle bug and have absolutely no concept of personal space (the closer the better!). -I’m fully potty trained and non-destructive in the home — a very polite housemate. -I’m crate trained and stay calm and quiet when I’m in there. -I LOVE playing fetch and have plenty of playful energy! -I’ll happily run back and forth chasing toys until I wear myself out. When playtime is over, I’m perfectly content to curl up and sleep peacefully nearby. -I’m very smart, curious, and attentive, and I listen extremely well. -I enjoy playing rough and loud, which can look a little dramatic (and I can be a bit clumsy), but I’m all fun and not aggressive at all. -I’m eating great and doing much better walking on leash as I continue to practice. Security would prefer to be the only pet in the home, but she more than makes up for it by being an incredibly loyal and affectionate companion. If you’re looking for a playful best friend who will keep you laughing, cuddle close, and always be excited to see you, Security might just be your girl. Chad is such a sweet & shy dog who came from a rough past and he's just now learning that humans can be kind. He has slowly been making progress at the shelter, but he really needs a home & committed family to continue his training & socialization. What we know: -Shy but very food motivated. Treats & meal time is the way to his heart to help him bond with his family. -Gets along with some dogs, but he gets picked on by a lot of dogs here at the shelter :( He would love a friendly dog friend to show him the ropes and play with him. -Working on potty training, crate training, leash walking etc. He will need your support & love to master these in a home! -He would love a confident, experienced dog owner to help him learn & grow! -Unknown how he is with kids or cats. But we would recommend no young kids due to his fearful nature. Come meet me at High Country Humane located at 11665 N. Highway 89, Flagstaff, AZ 86004. Our shelter is open Thursday–Tuesday, 11am–5pm, and closed on Wednesdays. Adopting with High Country Humane means your new pet is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped (we register it for free!). Each adoption also includes a free health exam. Please bring a leash and collar with you or plan to purchase here. We can’t wait to help you meet your new furry friend!

Lizzie is looking for a loving home! ❤️ Things the team knows about me: • I’ve been living in a foster home since arriving at the shelter, and I LOVE all the extra attention and cuddles! • I absolutely adore people and love being part of the action. • I’m super smart and eager to learn. • Couch snuggles are one of my favorite things ever. • I’m working hard on my leash manners. I’m strong, excited, and full of energy! • I’d love to meet any potential dog siblings before going home. • Cats and small animals are not my thing. A note from my foster: “Lizzie has loved every single person she’s met! She’s getting used to our horses, llamas, and alpacas too. She’s still not a fan of cats, but she’s showing friendly interest in other dogs. She continues to improve her leash skills and has never had a potty accident in our home! She’s curious about everything, especially music and TV, and does the cutest head tilt when she hears interesting sounds. Her favorite things are her ball and snuggling with her humans.
