Story
Befitting her name meaning rippling water, Popples is a high energy, active gal who keeps life fun! p🥳 Popples is a 1.5 year old Boxer/Brussels Griffon mix weighing approximately 40 pounds. ❣️Popples is truly a one-of-a-kind little gremlin. Her goofy antics and playful personality will bring joy to any home. She loves chewing on antlers, playing fetch, and snuggling with her favorite humans. While she can be reactive around other dogs, she's making significant strides in her socialization journey. With proper introductions and managed playdates, she could thrive in a home with a well-mannered canine companion. She is not suited for an off-leash dog park or doggy daycare. 🐕 🧑‍🤝‍🧑Popples' boundless energy and playful nature might be a bit much for young children. She'd do best in a home with older kids/adults who can keep up with her and provide the mental and physical stimulation she craves. Cats? Not so much. They seem to resemble tasty snacks to Popples, she wouldn't do well with other small animals either. 🚫🐈 😱Popples is a great walker when the environment is calm and quiet. However, she can get a bit fearful around bicycles, loud trucks and loud noises. With consistent training and a strong, patient human, she can learn to manage her reactivity. She is a total pro at crate training. She's happy to relax in her crate, especially during her recovery period. As she continues to grow and learn, she can gradually transition to free-roaming.💗 🚽Popples potty trained and very efficient in doing so outside! A Few Things to Note: - She's a big fan of most toys, but antlers are her absolute favorite. - Popples needs an active lifestyle including daily walks, playtime, and mental stimulation.🏃

Story
Meet Geo 🐾💙 — a fun-loving, slightly derpy Boxer/Staffy mix with a huge personality! At around a year old and 45 lbs, Geo is all about life at full volume. He's playful with other dogs, would likely be okay with cats, and could do well with older kids, though his enthusiastic energy might be a bit much for little ones. He's a social guy who loves making friends and showing off his goofy charm 😄 Geo walks nicely on leash most of the time, though he may pull when he spots other dogs (they're just too exciting!). He's not crate trained and has some Houdini tendencies if confined, so he'll do best with an owner who can keep working on management and training. Housetraining is going great, but like many young pups, he may chew if left out alone without supervision or enrichment. This boy needs at least an hour-long walk each day and would love a bigger, fenced yard for epic zoomies 🏃‍♂️💨 When he's done burning energy, he's happy to cuddle, soak up scratches and pats, and squeak his favorite toys into oblivion 🧸🎶 Geo's highlights: 🐶 Playful, social, and goofy 🧠 Smart with lots of potential 🐕 Mostly great on leash 🏡 Would thrive with space to run and zoom 🛋️ Loves cuddles after playtime 🦴 Big fan of squeaky toys If you're looking for a happy, go lucky, medium energy pup who will keep you laughing and active, Geo is ready to zoom straight into your heart 💙

Story
We are now accepting application fo Maisy ♥️ 5-6 years old | 50 lbs | full-time sweetheart Maisy has been through a lot since coming into our care, as most of you know, but watching her blossom has been nothing short of amazing. She's on the road to meet her forever family. This silly girl's tail wags non-stop when she sees her people, she does the cutest little tippy taps when she's excited, and she's incredibly cuddly. If you stop giving her attention before she's ready? Expect a gentle nudge, or a paw, to remind you😄 Maisy does well seeing other dogs from a distance, but she truly prefers her humans all to herself and would likely be happiest as the only dog in the home. Maisy isn't aggressive or negative, she simply prefers her personal space and does best when she doesn't have to share it with other dogs. She's a champion lounger and a professional lap dog, and as she continues to heal she'll be a wonderful companion with moderate exercise, though her favorite activities will always be relaxing with her people and enjoying some snacks. While Maisy hasn't been tested with kids yet, her gentle, people-loving nature suggests she'd happily soak up all the attention. If you're looking for a loving, goofy, loyal best friend, Maisy might be the perfect fit. Apply today if you think you can be your new sidekick 💕
