Did you know that Bella means Beautiful? I'm told that I'm a beautiful girl so I suppose the name Bella suits me! I have a long standing history with MUR and I always loved when they would come for a visit. Now that I'm an official MUR dog and ready to find my forever home it's time for me to tell you a little about myself. I'm a super smart dog and I'm already kennel trained and house trained! My leash manners still need a bit of refining but I'm doing better every day. I do great with other dogs and would do best in a home with a confident and social dog to help me continue to grow my confidence. I would rather have a home without any felines as they are a bit too intriguing and I'm not good at leaving them alone. I have met kids and have done great with them too. Life can be scary but I promise I don't take long to trust (bonus points if you have treats) and I'm a smart girl who learns super quick! I'm gentle and I have the most adorable smile. Belly rubs are my favourite and I'm super quick to roll over for them when is tart to get comfortable. If you're looking for a special girl who will love you with all her heart, then look no further!

With his playful energy, goofy charm, and classic bulldog determination, Stewart brings a lot of personality wherever he goes. He’s the kind of dog who wakes up ready for fun, affection, and whatever the day has in store. While he is comfortable in his kennel, he is also working through some separation anxiety and can be a bit of an escape artist when left alone, he’ll do best in a home committed to continuing this training and helping him feel secure. Stewart is fully kennel trained and house trained, and he’s currently working hard on improving his leash manners, making progress every day. He does well with other dogs and with kids when given proper introductions and clear boundaries. Stewart cannot live with cats, as they’re just not his cup of tea. Stewart is also heartworm positive, but he is feeling great and will receive full treatment covered by Manitoba Underdogs Rescue, so his future family won’t need to worry about those costs. Personality-wise, Stewart is playful, happy, smart, and undeniably strong-willed. He’s learning how to enjoy toys and has discovered that chasing balls and playing tug are excellent life choices. He picks up on training quickly but isn’t afraid to express his bulldog opinions along the way. Above all, Stewart is a joyful, affectionate boy who is absolutely loving the pet life and is ready to share that happiness with a family of his own.
