Beth

Hound (Unknown Type) Boxer

Female, Young
Minot, ND
Size
(when grown) Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
Details
Good with kids, Not good with dogs, Not good with cats, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Beth and her brother, Tyg, were both brought into the Minot Police Department by a couple of Good Samaritan. We took her and Tyg in but would like to rehome Beth. She is great with kids and I am sure she would be great with other animals without her brother around. Would need some training to be around other animals. We have a blood hound but she’s 9 and not interested in young pups. Beth wants to play. She is a bit stubborn, but loves her cuddles. She will go to her kennel, eventually when it is bed time, but, she would love to sleep in the bed with you. She is a very sweet girl.

Intake Date: 26 April 2026 ----- Age at Intake: 7 weeks ----- Breed: Lab/bully mix guess ----- Size: Estimated medium when grown ----- Status: Owner Surrender ----- Compatible with: dogs, cats, children ----- Suitable for: home with fenced yard. Will require continued puppy training (, jumping, potty training) and routine vetting. Spay appointment will be scheduled prior to adoption (non-negotiable). ----- Medical/Behavioral Needs: none noted ----- Additional Notes: Meet Willow Rae. Willow Rae is pure sunshine in puppy form. ☀️ This bubbly little girl lives for playtime—whether it’s toys, dogs, or even convincing the cat to join in on the fun. Once she’s gotten her zoomies out, she’s more than happy to curl up for cuddles with her people. She’s already showing off how smart she is—sitting on her own when going in and out, and doing a great job learning where to potty (with just a few baby misses along the way). She’s food motivated, has a great appetite, and is already getting the hang of crate time—she may protest briefly, but settles in nicely. Like any young puppy, Willow Rae is still learning her manners and can be a bit mouthy and jumpy, but she’s incredibly responsive and eager to learn. With consistency, she’s going to be a dream to train. She’s the kind of puppy that makes you laugh, keeps you on your toes, and then melts into you at the end of the day. Whoever ends up with Willow Rae is going to be very, very lucky. 🐾💛 ‐------------------------------------------------------- If interested in meeting and potentially adopting, please read the adoption requirements and complete the adoption application located at forbellessake.org. Once processed and approved a meet and greet can be scheduled and if a match an adoption can be finalized at that time. FBS standard adoption fee is $175. All residents are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, and treated for any known medical needs. Breeds are best guess. Housetraining is not guaranteed but crate training is worked on with all residents. A secure physically fenced yard is prioritized if a yard is present. Temperament cannot be and is not guaranteed.
