Meet Skippy   Skippy is a 2-year-old Bombay mix whose life took a terrifying turn when animal control received a call about a cat with his leg caught in a bear trap. Facing euthanasia, Skippy was given a second chance when ArkanPaws Animal Rescue stepped in and rushed him straight to the vet, where his front leg was amputated to save his life.   And here’s the amazing part—Skippy doesn’t even know he has only three legs.   This resilient boy is playful, loving, and oh-so-sweet. He enjoys affection but also has an independent streak that makes him an easy companion. Skippy gets along well with other cats and dogs with proper introductions and would thrive in a home that appreciates his gentle spirit and survivor’s heart.   Skippy has been through more than any cat ever should, yet he greets the world with joy and confidence. He’s ready to leave his past behind and start a new chapter with a family who will cherish him forever.   ##2612820##

Story
She was an outside stray that we had been feeding for a bit, then one day she came to our back door wanting to show us something. She had given birth to two kittens. So, we took her in and her kittens in. We have had them for about 8 weeks now. We got them their shots and her spayed. We already have several cats and don't have the room for her, plus she isn't getting along with our cats, but that may be due to her being in momma mode since she just gave birth to the kittens. She is very friendly to us and is already litter-box trained.
