Story
Bluebell has a story to tell if you are willing to listen. This beaut arrived in Chicago 8/27 from Kuwait after waiting for over 7 months because of the war. She is reserved, timid and takes her time (only her time) to adjust to her surroundings, people and furry friends. She is learning humans are safe, pets are okay and food is good. Blue needs an adopter that is patient and has the time to work with her. She will take time, and a lot of love. I promise, it will be worth it.

Story
Biscuit is an Arabian Mau who traveled all the way from Kuwait. He is a gentle, sweet boy with a calm and loving nature. He truly enjoys being petted and will happily soak up attention once he feels comfortable. While he may be a little shy at first, Biscuit warms up quickly with just a bit of patience and kindness, revealing a soft and affectionate personality. Biscuit enjoys the company of other confident cats and does well around a calm, respectful dog. With his easygoing demeanor and quiet charm, he’s the kind of cat who will happily keep you company and bring a sense of warmth and tranquility to your days. If you’re looking for a kind-hearted, gentle companion who will blossom with a little love, Biscuit may be the perfect match for you. Biscuit tested FIV positive. That just means he may have a lower immune system, but can live a normal, long life. FIV+ cats can safely live with negative cats as long as there is no fighting since FIV is passed via deep bite wounds.

Story
This handsome orange British Shorthair mix has mastered the art of looking perpetually concerned—and honestly, his worried little expression is absolutely adorable. Zaffron is a playful, sweet little guy who clearly has plenty of fun hiding underneath that worried brow. Zaffron recently made the very long journey from Kuwait all the way to the United States, and he handled his first adoption event like a champ. He enjoyed being petted and held and showed everyone what a special little guy he is. Now he’s looking for the next—and hopefully final—stop on his journey: a loving forever home. If you’re looking for a playful orange boy with an adorably worried face and a big adventure already behind him, Zaffron might be your guy! 🧡

Story
I found the 2 larger kittens when they were 2 weeks old. They have been at the vet and were clear of fleas and got a dewormer. The dark one is a boy. The other 2 are girls. The small one I just took in last week. She is probably 6 weeks old. She's eating on her own and all are using the litter box. They are all sweet and like being held. The 2 larger kittens are 3 months old. They can't be spayed until they are 6 months.
