You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Squid:  The Charming Gentleman of the Cat World! If you are in search of a calm and captivating companion, let us introduce you to Squid!  This laid-back guy takes life at his own pace, strutting in with an air of confidence that says, “Yes, I know I’m gorgeous and I’d love a pet or two.”  While other cats may leap into action, Squid prefers a more dignified approach—taking his time to come when called, ensuring everyone notices his stunning presence.  Squid is a master of relaxation and nothing makes him happier than a gentle head or neck scratch. He’ll reward you with a soft soothing purr that wraps around you like a warm blanket.  This sweet boy understands the importance of grooming and welcomes brushing as part of his routine, enjoying every moment of being pampered to kepp his thick, luxurious coat looking its best.  When it comes to playtime, Squid shines! His favorite toys are wand toys and he’s quite the acrobab, balancing on his hind legs to bat theme with both front paws.  It’s a delightful singht that showcases his playful spirit beneath that calm demeanor.  With his strikingly handsome features—large round eyes and a round face that give him and exotic allure—Squid is likely a British Shorthair mix,  If you’re looking for a serene, stunning companion to add a touch of elegance to your life, Squid is the perfect match.  Squid is fostered with other kitties so he should do well in a home with gentle cats.   Squid has been neutered, is UTD on vaccines, has been dewormed, microchipped and has tested Felv/FIV neg.   Experience with the breed is strongly preferred.  An adopter with a documented history of annual feline veterinary care is required  Adoption fee $300   Local applicants only please.    Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 28, 2025, 2:22 pm

Story
Cooper (originally named Hubble) came into our lives about five years ago, and from the start, he's been a one-of-a-kind cat. We adopted him from a rescue as a kitten, and despite missing one eye, he quickly showed us that he sees the world with more heart than most. He's got what we lovingly call orange cat energy - playful, curious, sometimes chaotic, and always endearing. But Cooper isn't just a ball of quirky energy he's also one of the most affectionate cats you'll ever meet. He loves to curl up on laps, nuzzle into your side at night, and be wherever his humans are. We're heartbroken to say that we can no longer give Cooper the life and attention he deserves. We're looking for a new home that will cherish him the way we have - a home that appreciates snuggles, can giggle at his goofy antics, and has the time and love to offer him comfort and companionship.
