British Shorthair kittens & cats in College Station, Texas

We called Mavis the "micro cat" for a long time because she was a tiny, malnourished runt when we found her abandoned. She was super scared when we rescued her, and of all the cats we've rescued, it took her the longest to come out of her shell (like 5 months). Once she did, she instantly became one of my favorites and I'm going to cry so much when she finally finds the right home. She's playful, hilarious, goofy, and very aggressive in her affection, often falling off the couch while rubbing on me. Her favorite place is curled up next to me with her head on my arm, or perched on my hip. She's fixed with an ear tip and has her rabies vaccine, about 1 yr old. I suspect, based on how long it took her to get comfortable with us, that it will take her 4-6 months to come out of her shell as an outdoor cat, hopefully a fair bit sooner if kept indoors. I'm praying the right person with a patient heart will adopt her, knowing she'll be a darling pet once she feels safe in her new environment.

We rescued this sweet little girl with her two sisters. She's on the shy side (she's the runt of the litter) but she's very curious, sweet, healthy, and active. She's also BEAUTIFUL!! She's something around 12 weeks old.
