Story
Sammy is seven and Charlie is six. They’ve been together every day for six years and I would prefer they go together. They were my mother‘s cats and they gave her a tremendous amount of love before she passed. Both are extremely affectionate and I’m looking for a family or somebody who can take them both in if possible. I don’t want any money. I just want to ensure they end up in a good home. I don’t know what breed they are, but the site made me pick something so it’s probably incorrect.

Story
Penny was rescued by a family friend from a ditch on the side of the road. She lived with my girlfriend and her family (who had dogs and cats) until my girlfriend moved out and took Penny with her. Penny is a very good cat, lazy but loves getting petted and is overall very well-behaved. We have one other cat, and the only times they have issues is when the younger one provokes or attacks Penny. Penny would be best off as an only pet, but can co-exist with cats and dogs and is fine unless they provoke her. Penny has recently experienced multiple seizures (for the first time in her 6 years of life) and has been put on Phenobarbital which she needs to take orally twice daily for the rest of her life to stop the seizures from occurring. Because of this, we are no longer able to keep Penny due financial and life constraints. We are terribly saddened by this, as she has been such a great companion over the years.
