Story
Penny is a 19 month old Brittany/Hound mix. She is UTD on vaccines, microchipped, Heartworm negative and on preventative.  She minds her foster mom really well and has great recall. Penny knows the command sit and is working on stay. She is not very vocal and does not bark much. She loves running in the yard and is good with other dogs. Penny loves her toys and she also loves treats. Penny is a very healthy girl. Penny's foster mom says she is not destructive and loves to lounge in her dog bed. Because she gets overly excited, Penny jumps on people, but her foster mom is working with her.  Because of her jumping, Penny will not be a good fit for a home with small children.  Penny is being fostered in Tennessee. Her adoption fee is $325.00 and can be transported up to 1400 miles via our Canine Railroad with the adopter taking the last leg, usually less than 100 miles.  Applications for Penny can be found on www.nbran.org.  For more information, email dltuthill@epbfi.com or ztasuzanne@gmail.com.  December 9, 2023, 6:26 pm

Story
Hey there! I'm Sadie Kay, the playful 6 1/2-month-old Spayed 28 lb Orange/White Brittany Spaniel pup! I'm a super sweet little furball, and my favorite thing in the world is running around and having fun, especially playing fetch and exploring the backyard. I'm not just a great playmate for you; I also love making friends with other doggies. My friendly and sociable nature makes me a good candidate for doggie day care, where I can have a blast with furry friends all day long. Oh boy, I really, really love treats! If you've got some, count me in for training time. I'm almost potty trained, but I still have an accident from time to time, and sometimes I forget not to chew on things. But guess what? Chew toys are my new best friends, and they're helping me get the hang of it. And here's some exciting news – I'm doing really well with kennel training! It's like having my cozy little den, and I'm becoming a pro at it. Now, when I get super excited, I might jump up a bit. Don't worry, though; I just need a bit more practice. With loads of love and some training, I'm on my way to growing up to be the best and most well-behaved pup, ready to bring joy and wagging tails to everyone around me!   I am utd on vaccines, hw and tick neg, on hw prevention.  I would love a physical fenced in yard and playmate would be really nice.  The adoption fee for AR/Sadie Kay, who lives in Fayetteville, AR is $500,  which helps to offset our vetting and allows NBRAN to rescue more of these wonderful family members.  If you are interested in making AR/Sadie Kay part of your family, please complete the on-line application by visiting www.nbran.org .  Contact the South Central Region Coordinators Chris Wagoner at cwnbran@gmail.com  , Melinde Waddle at macgammy@gmail.com and/or Nancy Walker at nwalker@capecod.net  and then let your state coordinator know so we can get the ball rolling.  A phone interview, home visit and vet check will be required as part of the approval process by your state coordinator, before talking to the foster of Sadie Kay.  Transportation can be arranged up 1400 miles with the adopter being responsible for at least the last 100 miles.    December 9, 2023, 6:26 pm

Story
Merry Christmas, my name is Forest, and I would love to have my loving home by Christmas.  I am 9 wks, 10 lbs  of lovable orange/white Brittany and loved to play with my siblings.  My Siblings are on their way to their forever home.  I have had my beginning puppy vaccines. I am a healthy little boy, I do have an umbilical hernia, but not a big deal as they will fix it at my neuter time.  My Christmas Wish List: Loving home with lots of cuddles, play, and cookies. A four-legged playmate-important for me, as I love to play, and I think you would appreciate me being busy with a sibling. A physical fence would be ideal, as I am adventurous. I do need someone that understands what Brittany puppies are about. Toys. Chew bones. A home where I can snuggle on the couch besides you, while watching the sports games with Dad or Hallmark with Mom. I am told that being a Brittany puppy can be a lot, but well worth it with patience and love. The adoption fee for TX/Forest, who lives in Round Rock, TX  is $575 ($500 adoption fee plus a $75  refundable neuter deposit upon verification of neuter),  which helps to offset our vetting and allows NBRAN to rescue more of these wonderful family members.  If you are interested in making Forest part of your family, please complete the online application by visiting www.nbran.org .  Contact the South Central Region Coordinators Chris Wagoner at cwnbran@gmail.com , Melinde Waddle at macgammy@gmail.com ,and/or Nancy Walker at nwalker@capecod.net  and then let your state coordinator know so you can get the ball rolling.  A phone interview, home visit, and vet check will be required as part of the approval process by your state coordinator, before talking to the foster of Forest.  Transportation can be arranged up to 1400 miles with the adopter being responsible for at least the last 100 miles.    December 9, 2023, 6:26 pm
