Jay ! Named after the beautiful blue jay, our sweet Jay is just as special and eye-catching. This adorable boy may be a little shy at first, but there’s a brave heart behind those gentle eyes. New things can feel a bit scary right now, but Jay is willing to learn and tries his best every single day. He’s currently learning how to use a leash and is making steady progress with patience and encouragement. Jay truly enjoys pets and attention, and once he feels comfortable, he leans in for affection and soaks it all up. He’s the kind of dog who bonds deeply with his people and blossoms in a calm, loving environment. Jay would do best with someone who understands that confidence takes time and is ready to celebrate the small victories along the way. With reassurance and love, this shy fella will spread his wings and become the loyal, devoted companion he’s meant to be.
