Story
Colton is 2 year old and looks like a Bull Terrier/ Lab mix baby boy! His mother was rescued by animal control from a horrible abuse situation and she had 8 beautiful puppies while in the pound when they were charging her owner. Mother and puppies were brought to the rescue as soon as they could be released from animal control and all are thriving! There mother is 30 lbs and looks like a bull terrier mix because she has such a rounded face. He is a little bit mischievous as catch me if you can is his favorite game. Doing parkour in his kennel is his second! Colton is very smart and a tease when wants to be. His emotions and thoughts are clearly expressed on his face. All of Meg’s puppies are very smart and quick to learn. Colton weighs about 45 lbs. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, dewormed and heartworm negative. His adoption fee is $250. Story
Chico is a 6 month old Bull Terrier mix puppy. This sweet and spunky guy is very loving, playful, and just all around adorable! Chico weighs right around 30 lbs at this time, but he still has some growing to do. We estimate he will stay under 55 lbs when fully grown but we cannot swear to that. Chico loves to go on walks and is learning to walk on a leash. This handsome boy is very smart and with the right training, he will thrive! Chico has an adorably wiggly butt and loves to wag his tail! We are unsure of how he is with other dogs, so we definitely suggest a meet-n-greet if you have other pets in the home. While we think Chico would do well with children, he has not currently met any during his stay The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Story
Her mom gave birth to 6 puppies and we were able to find them all a home. But everyone already had a dog or didn’t want one so we were left with him hoping someone would take him. He is very sweet and playful. He is very shy and close to his mom. His new owner will need to have patience and show him the love that he needs.
