Louie is a handsome, fun loving boy. He is full of life and loves to play and explore. He’s a big guy with a goofy side. He is affectionate and would make a loyal companion for some lucky person. Come meet this boy and you just might fall in love!Puppies 6 months and under are typically $200 and dogs from 7 months to 6 years are typically $100.00. The adoption fee may be higher or lower than stated however, and is dependent on many factors including age, behavior, medical condition and demand. All dogs 7 years and older are free under our Saving Seniors program. We frequently run discount specials and occasionally a dog will be more than the stated fee.Most cats and kittens are $35.00, however there may be instances in which the fee is higher or lower, due to age, behavior, medical condition or demand. With felines, we always have an "Adopt one, bring another one home for free" adoption special!

Story
Sven is an incredibly handsome fella who was spared from death row on his final day at the shelter. He is THE most LOVING big hunk ever! Happy, exuberant, very sensitive, playful, gooberhead personality. Great with kids— we walked the mall with him after picking him up, and he was appropriate to kids of all sizes, allowing them to pet him. He is a lot of energy and needs an active home that will take him out on a regular basis and give him lots of exercise. He is great on a leash and loves to go on walks and car rides and hikes. He is House trained and crate trained, and has very good manners. At night, he likes to snuggle with you on the bed and hold onto your arm and bury his nose into your neck. He is an absolutely lovable load! He plays great with all the dogs in his foster home! He always carries a ball around outside hoping for another round of fetch! Fenced yard required.
