Jacques is a unique 4-year-old rescue who started in a California TNR program (hence his cute ear tip) but now prefers the indoor couch life. He has two great quirks: he is completely obsessed with playing in water, and we are pretty sure he is deaf. Because he can't hear himself, he sometimes vocalizes with extra passion, but he is completely unbothered by loud noises like vacuums! He is incredibly easygoing and gets along great with other cats, calm dogs, and older kids. Because he can't hear traftic dangers, Jacques must be a strictly indoor cat. If you are looking for a quirky, sweet, and resilient companion, Jacques is your guy.
