Meet Grey: Voted Most Talkative
Introducing Grey, the furry boy with the most to say! Grey is very expressive, with a range of meows that each have their own meaning. He has a meow to remind you it’s mealtime, a meow to greet you, a meow to ask to be picked up and cuddled, and many more. This polite cutie minds his manners; he will come when you call him, and if you ask him if he wants a kiss, he will answer by lifting his head and letting out a “yes please” meow. He is very intelligent and understands a number of things his human has taught him.
Grey is also busy training to be an Olympic gymnast! He spends a lot of time perfecting his leaps and flips as he reaches for wand toys. He also loves wrestling his toy rat and carrying his favorite ball around the house. Sometimes he carries a toy to his human and proudly shows off his prize. Of course, he needs to fuel all that play and training and will give you a little reminder with an “I’m hungry” meow.
When he’s not busy playing or eating, this sweetie will give you the "love please" meow to let you know he wants to be picked up and held, petted, cuddled, and kissed. He just loves to be close to his human and is working his way up to being a full-fledged lap cat.
Grey is clearly enjoying the good life he deserves after spending time living outside, under his foster parent’s porch, and then working up the courage to live inside the enclosed porch. His foster parent had him neutered, and then slowly won over his trust and brought him into the house. Under his foster's loving care Grey has blossomed into a tender-hearted, gentle kitty, well suited to the life of a house cat.
This sweet boy will thrive in a home where he gets plenty of love, attention, and encouragement to continue his path of growth. Of course, he is very chatty and needs someone who will lend an ear and come to understand his language, as he will come to understand yours. He would likely be fine with older, gentle children, and he would enjoy the company of another cat, as long as they aren’t overwhelmed by his eager friendliness.
Grey is a very special cat, lovingly taught that humans can take excellent care of him and that he is cherished and safe in their care. He is ready to tell you all about it, listen to what you have to say, and brighten up your world when you bring him to his forever home!
