Story
Echo is the definition of a lap cat. She lives to loaf, eat, and sleep. She is a purebred Burmese, I got her when she was 3 years old. She is 10 years old now, so she’s past her energetic-kitten playing days, but she’s very complacent. For example, if a child was to pick her up and carry her around, or dress her up, wrap her in a blanket, or other fun things that kids like to do she would not fuss even the slightest bit! I just took her to the vet today (4/11) for her annual check-up, so I will include the final report when all her tests come back. I’ve had her for the past eight years, but my housing situation has changed so she needs a new home. Like most typical cats she does throw up food occasionally, and cough up hairballs, despite having her on “sensitive stomach” food since I have had her.

These pups are in Indianapolis, Indiana too!

Story
This affectionate cat is your natural door greeter. He lets others know he likes to be scratched behind the ears, yet he is polite enough to step aside if company is not interested. He is fun to watch chasing unpredictable laser toys, but sometimes just watches. Yet at eight years old, he sleeps a little more than he used to. Then he will interrupt you for a little love and petting. He may sleep on your bed or nearby in the room. He is popular with people; but he is a pushy alpha cat sometimes when with other cats. Don't take me wrong. They like each other. But he is in charge. Around early 2021, like many entering their senior years, his bladder started bleeding. He had crystals and interstitial cystitis, now controlled by special diet. He is a special needs cat, yet when I think of him or see him, I see such spirit and love. You will not be disappointed with this attractive furball.

Story
I acquired this cat from a friend who was living in Franklin at the time. My roommate and I have had him since October 31 trying to find someone to foster him but have had no success! We don’t know many details about him, but he is not chipped, not neutered, and roughly about a year old we guess. He is mostly to completely blind, but so intelligent and gets around very well! He is super sweet and a big cuddle bug. He does fairly well with other cats, specifically females. He has butt heads with my male cat and caused my male cat to be extremely stressed out which is largely why we are looking to rehome him. He is SUPER food motivated with no boundaries regarding taking food as well as playing too hard with other cats at times. He could really use some extra love and care to help discipline him with this. My roommate do not have the time or ability to provide this and would LOVE to rehome him asap!!
