Story
After being surrendered to a shelter at five years old, Lizzy and Bella found their way into one of my best friends' homes. When he got married and moved in with his wife, she discovered severe allergies to them. I took them in as he did not want to surrender them back to a shelter after rescuing them, and they have followed me through two homes. Unfortunately after six years away from a shelter, at this point my work schedule and finances cannot allow me to provide the home that they need. The sisters have grown lazier in their age, but Lizzy in particular still enjoys playing and lap sitting. Both are gentle, calm, and affectionate; they both interacted with my friend's young son before coming to my home. They have survived together through eleven years, and I hope that they can bring the same joy to a new home that they brought to mine.
