Story
Louie is a 4-year-old sweetheart with the gentlest soul. He has never hissed, scratched, or bitten—he’s simply a kind, loving boy looking for the family he deserves. Louie’s story is heartbreaking. During a recent rainstorm, a kind Samaritan found him soaking wet, brought him inside, dried him off, fed him, and gave him a safe place to rest. When he was taken to the vet, they discovered he was microchipped. Sadly, after contacting his guardians, our veterinarian was told, “We don’t want him.”
Despite everything he’s been through, Louie has nothing but love to give. He gets along wonderfully with other cats, loves a good meal, and enjoys finding a cozy, dark spot behind the couch when it’s time for a nap. If you hold your hand out, Louie will happily come right over for pets. He loves giving adorable head bumps, rubbing against your legs, and if you leave your bedroom door open, don’t be surprised if you wake up to find him sleeping peacefully beside your side.
Louie has already experienced what it feels like to be unwanted. Now all he needs is one person to show him what it feels like to be truly loved forever.
