She is a bit shy at first but wants badly to be able to trust humans and have a home to call her own. She loves to explore and will be a loyal, gentle friend once she settles into her new routine.Marnie’s Story: Marnie’s mother was sadly left behind when her previous owner faced a foreclosure. A kind person with a heart for animals unknowingly bought the home, and discovered Marnie and her mother shortly after moving in.All of her littermates have already been adopted into happy homes. Marnie is the very last one left, patiently waiting on the porch for her meals and hoping for news that it is finally her turn to find a family.

We’re looking to find Merlin a new home because our busy household has become too stressful for him. With a toddler and another baby on the way, we feel he would be happier in a calm, quieter home where he can get plenty of attention and feel secure in his environment. He would do best with older children (around 8+) who are experienced with cats and understand how to be gentle and respectful. He is not aggressive toward children, but loud noises, crying, and sudden movements do make him anxious. He is a loving, playful, affectionate cat who enjoys cuddling and being around his people. We’re hoping to find the right home where he can thrive.
