Zanzibar 10 yrs old, Indoor ONlYZanzibar is a spunky, spirited guy with a big personality. He is a wonderful companion for someone who understands and respects feline boundaries.Personality: He is affectionate on his own terms. He is a "look but don't touch" guy in certain moods; he will let you know when he’s had enough petting, so he requires an owner who is observant of his cues. He will sleep right next to you at night.Favorite Things: Bird-watching from the window, lounging in cardboard boxes, and playing with toys, loves fresh water dailyCare: He is neutered. He is not a fan of nail trims (we usually do one paw per day), & he thrives best when his litter box is kept very clean. He is also not a fan of the cat carrier, so I do use a dog crate and normally try to have him go in on his own.Daisy & Zanzibar share a lifelong, comforting bond. While both can thrive alone, I prefer to keep this pair together, as they provide each other with essential security. Can’t be with any male cat

Daisy, 14 yrs old Indoor ONLYDaisy is a sweet, talkative companion. She can be a bit shy when meeting new people, but once she knows you, she is incredibly affectionate.Personality: She loves to "talk" throughout the day and enjoys being near you. She isn't a lap cat, but she will happily curl up on a pillow right next to you all night.Favorite Things: Chasing string and long, cozy naps in the sun.Care: She is comfortable with nail trims, and enjoys being brushed.Household: They require a mature, quiet home with no young children.Other Pets: They would be happiest as the only animals in the home. However, they may be okay with one calm, small dog that does not chase them.Daisy and Zanzibar share a lifelong, comforting bond. While both can thrive alone, I prefer to keep this pair together, as they provide each other with essential security.
