Very affectionate

Max is a gentle and friendly indoor cat looking for a quiet new home! We adopted Max in 2019 from a shelter when he was a young kitten. He gets along with other cats and kittens well. His personality is a bit reserved until he warms up to you, and then he loves affection and pets. He is not aggressive and doesn’t scratch or bite, even when stressed or agitated. He likes to play with other cats and has a lot of energy. We love this cat, but he has not adjusted well to living with our toddler and displays his displeasure with toddler tantrums by peeing outside his litter box. When not agitated, he has no behavioral issues. We hope he finds a new home that is more quiet than ours with a loving pet parent.

Waltz came to me as a foster from a friend and will be unable to return to his home. He is the most awesome cat I have ever known but since his foster time with me is ending I am helping re-home. Owner says: He is a snuggly, spry 8 yr old (9 yrs around 07/29/26). He is vocal, curious, and confident. He has always been accustomed to being solely an indoor cat. He makes a good lap cat, hunter, and will get along with most dogs if properly introduced. Cats have been a challenge for him to get used to. He can get along with children, but since he is a senior he can get over stimulated. He has been a joy having for the last 7 years. We are sad to part with him, but we will to someone who will let him live out his days well loved. We will provide his new litter boxes, and many other of his cat supplies.
