Meet Astro! Astro is an adult cat looking for his new home. He came to CVAS with his roommates, Nova and Faye, when their former owner’s housing situation changed. They were entrusted to CVAS knowing they would be well cared for. Astro has been a bit reserved in the shelter environment and can be growly toward cats in nearby spaces. He also isn’t a fan of being picked up. However, sit down next to him and gently pet him, and you’ll see his softer side—he is truly lovely and enjoys calm, quiet companionship. Food: I eat 1/2 cup of Diamond Natural food per day. Behavior: Grumpy, growls. Socializer: Yellow
