A darling 18-pound female Cairn Terrier mix estimated 2 yrs old — a quiet, loving little companion who simply wants to be near her people. She loves to play with dogs both big and small, travels like a dream, and walks beautifully on leash with an easy, relaxed pace. She is social and friendly with people, with a softer, more gentle nature that leans a little shy rather than bold. She is calm and content when her people are nearby, happiest curled up on the bed, in your arms, or quietly by your side. She is non-destructive and does not require a crate, but she truly prefers companionship and does not enjoy being left alone — she will protest at first with dramatic little cries before eventually settling. Minimal shedding, she is the kind of dog who will bond deeply and wants to be part of every moment of daily life 🐶💛 A perfect match for someone looking for a devoted little shadow and true companion. $300 adoption donation includes spay, vaccinations, and chip. Mila is currently in foster in Davis, CA. Interested in adopting? 1. Please complete our online form at heartsforpawsrescue.com/adoption-application 2. We will respond in 1-3 days for a call! 3. If it sounds like a potential match for you and the dog of interest, we will promptly set up a meet and greet at the foster home Please note we are a foster-based rescue meaning our dogs are in individual foster homes throughout sac and the bay. For this reason we may only be able to schedule meets for one dog at a time (or litter). The average timeline between app submission and a meet and greet is 3-5 days. Please only submit an application for a specific dog if you are ready to adopt that animal within a week's time. Follow facebook.com/heartsforpawsrescue & Instagram @heartsforpawsrescue for more!
