On a rainy morning in October, Taffy was found in a neighborhood, dressed in a striped sweater and looking for comfort. This very young bundle of joy is filled with energy and excitement, ready to bring laughter and happiness into your life. Taffy absolutely adores making new friends—her playful spirit and curiosity mean she's always up for an adventure. Whether she's cuddling up with her foster family every evening or greeting new faces with enthusiasm, Taffy quickly wins the hearts of everyone she meets. She does wonderfully with other dogs and would thrive in a home with another young companion to play with. If you have dog-savvy cats, Taffy is a good match as long as your cat is patient with her playful nudges. What you’ll love about Taffy: - Young, energetic, and affectionate - Gets along well with other dogs and dog-savvy cats - Enjoys playing fetch with you and can also entertain herself - Loves food and is easy to train with treats - Walks well on a leash and excited to become your walking or hiking buddy - Her favorite spot is snuggled on the back of your chair, nestled in your neck Taffy is very loving and easy to fall in love with. Her foster family delights in her habit of curling up close for warmth and comfort, making each evening a special time together. Hi! I’m Pepe! I’m a 1-year-old, male, 8-lb Cairn Terrier mix. I’m small but mighty is kind of my thing . I may be little, but I’ve got a big terrier heart that’s curious, alert, and always paying attention to what’s going on around me . With my dark hair and warm brown eyes, I’ve been told I’m pretty hard to resist. If you sit down, chances are I’ll be right there with you. Laps are my favorite place in the world . I’m extremely loyal and love being close to my people. I’m still polishing my leash manners (sometimes I get so excited I wind around your feet like a fuzzy little ribbon ), but I’m learning every day. I’m on the thin side, but don’t worry. I’m already gaining weight and feeling stronger by the day . I’m also up-to-date on all of my vaccines, and had that surgery to make me “fixed and fabulous.” A little about my Cairn Terrier roots: Cairns were bred to be fearless, sturdy working dogs, originally from Scotland. We’re known for being brave, intelligent, and full of personality, with a confident “I can handle anything” attitude, no matter our size. Cairns are famous for their loyalty, spunky charm, and deep devotion to their humans, and I proudly carry all of that in my tiny frame . If you’re looking for a loving lap dog with a bold terrier spirit, I might just be your guy ##2620224##
