Pet info, adoption cost/detail information below: PET DESCRIPTION:  Billy Goat is a male, 12 weeks old as of the 1st of Sep.  Fostered in a foster home and now back with us to find his forever INSIDE ONLY HOME!  From his foster mom: Billy Goat is sweet, friendly, and playful. He loves attention (sometimes cried for it), getting loved on and head rubs. He enjoyed playing with toys and his siblings and would occasionally stop to seek attention from me.
