Calico kittens & cats in Aylmer, Ontario

Jewel is a beautiful gal who came into our care with her sister Molly after their owner was hospitalized. She's takes a while to trust, but once she does, enjoys chin scratches and belly rubs. She loves wand toys, but doesn't like to share. As a typical calico, she can be spicy and doesn't like to be picked up and carried. She would do best in a home with no other pets and older children who understand boundaries. She is FIV/FelV negative, flea treated and dewormed, up to date on her vaccines and has been spayed. We require 2 non-familial references (including contact numbers) as well as permission to speak with your vet. Please note that yearly vet visits are a requirement for all our adopted kitties. If this is not your past practice, your application will not move forward. You must be 21 years old to adopt. The adoption fee is $200. It may take up to 72 hours to approve your application. Please provide all requested information, including contact numbers, to help expedite the process. Repeated phone calls and emails will not move your application along. We are a volunteer, foster based rescue. We are not able to facilitate meet and greets before an application is received. You are not able to meet multiple kitties to see if one fits as the animals may be fostered in different locations. Callie was born on September 8, 2023. She has been vet checked, dewormed, flea prevention, needle, rabies shot, fixed and microchipped. Callie can be very shy and timid but with understanding and love will definitely come around and turn into a very lovable sweet girl.
