Story
Jenny Mini is around 6 years old and a very sweet and snuggly cat! She loves kids, will tolerate a dog, and does not like other cats. She’s beautiful and sweet and until we find her a wonderful, safe, and loving home she’s in no danger of being sent to a shelter. She is mainly an indoor cat but loves to go outside for small spans of time. She has her claws and I would not want to re-home her to someone who would de-claw. She is fixed as well. This cat is a chronic snuggler and needs a home with someone who will appreciate her love! She would be great emotional support to anyone who needed it.

Story
Little Meg came from a house of many and feels a bit shy. She likes burrowing into blankets and cuddling with her friend Lois. Several people have told us that she is very sweet once she opens up to you. If you would like a quiet cozy companion to talk to and share your life with, we encourage you to take her home. She has a damaged eye, but don't let that throw you off. It doesn't affect her daily activities. We think her left pupil just got permanently dilated for some reason and perhaps her cornea was scratched. Come see her to see just how pretty her coat and personality are! __________________________________________________________________ All animal adoptions are typically $80. For puppies and kittens under the age of 6 months, adoptions are $100. For dogs, this includes the first series of vaccinations, deworming, spay/neuter, heartworm testing and heartworm preventative. For cats, this includes the first series of vaccinations, deworming, spay/neuter and feline AIDS/leukemia testing. All cats and kittens adopted from the Germantown Animal Shelter are not allowed to be declawed. Any questions should be directed to animalshelter@germantown-tn.gov. Or by calling the shelter at 901-757-7358.

__________________________________________________________________ Lois is a sweet and quiet cat. If you have a nice quiet house where she can cuddle a companion and follow you around, she may be the cat for you. She loves cuddling with her pal meg. She came from a house of many so she is looking for some one on one attention. Would you like a dainty girl? All animal adoptions are typically $80. Story
Note: this cat is not offered as a pet, as he is not friendly. He was removed from a property with an overwhelming number of cats and the community has requested that he not be returned. He is very good at hunting, so he is offered as a barn cat. Ideally he would like a rural area where he has plenty of critters to chase. He has been known to occasionally approach people but doesn't accept handling. They do tend to become stressed in a shelter, so perhaps with more outdoors, he will relax and come say hi. __________________________________________________________________ All animal adoptions are typically $80.
