Story
Meet Shordie, a sweet and silly 6-year-old companion looking for his perfect match. We are urgently seeking a home for Shordie because our upcoming relocation would force him into an unacceptable schedule (alone from 4 AM to 3 PM), which is not fair for a dog who needs frequent breaks and exercise. Shordie thrives on human attention and must be the only pet in the home, preferably without babies or small children due to his excitable jumping. He is a total lovebug who will happily cuddle on the couch all day. Please note: Shordie is an escape artist who will bolt out of open doors and is reactive toward other dogs. A securely fenced yard is mandatory for his safety. If you can offer Shordie the secure, attentive, and single-pet home he deserves, please reach out!

Story
Odysseus (we call him Odie for short) is our beloved 5-year-old Pembroke Welsh Corgi originally from Newcastle, WY. He’s affectionate, energetic, vocal, smart, and sassy. He loves cuddling, playing fetch, demanding pets, every food he’s ever tried, and being wherever his people are. We adore him endlessly. We’re looking to rehome because as our 1-year-old twins have become mobile, he’s grown increasingly stressed and withdrawn. He’s never bitten, but the situation is clearly overwhelming for him. As a result, it would be for the best that he goes to a home without small children. He also needs to be the only pet - he struggles with sharing space and resources with other dogs. Odie would be happiest to be the center of attention which is exactly what he deserves. We will miss him dearly and hope to stay in touch to see Odie happy, thriving, and living his best life as the star of someone’s home.
