Story

Rolo wandered into our garage one day, and the rest was history. He quickly became part of our family and has been so loved ever since. Rehoming him is an incredibly difficult decision, but due to my asthma, I can no longer provide him with the home he deserves. Rolo is a sweet, affectionate, and curious cat with a big personality. He loves to explore, play, and be part of whatever is going on around him. He would do best in a home that enjoys an energetic, playful cat and can give him plenty of love, attention, and enrichment. We are looking for a kind, stable, loving home where Rolo will be treated like a cherished member of the family. If his new family is comfortable with it, I would be so grateful to stay in touch occasionally and maybe receive a photo or update every now and then. There would be absolutely no pressure, it would just mean a lot to know he is happy and loved. Our biggest hope is to find someone who will love Rolo as much as we do.

UPDATE!!I have had Kit for 10 days and he has blossomed with individual care! He has gotten used to the dogs and enjoys playing with his toys. He runs so fast you wouldnt know he didn’t have that back paw unless you looked very closely. Kit is an adorable little male kitten. My neighbors cat had kittens and he was born without a back foot. He gets around very well, but I took him in because he was having trouble keeping up with his litter mates and he wasn’t getting enough nourishment. He has had a vet visit and has been wormed. The vet says he is 6 weeks old and can start getting his shots in a month. He is getting acquainted with my dogs, 2 of them are Great Pyrenees, so that is very intimidating for him. Today he actually played with one. He must be an indoor cat and I was hoping there would be another cat for him to play with. Story

Charlie was adopted at around 3 months of age. She is now about 5 and a half years old. She is very loving. She has some anxiety issues around large groups and strangers need to be in her presence a while before approaching her. We have a busy household with a good number of people in and out often. This makes her anxious and have accidents outside her litter box. We are wanting to rehome her because we just don’t feel it is fair to her to be around so many people all the time and continue to be anxious. She would be a great pet for someone with fewer people in and out of their home.
